I am intrigued by their “low gluten” offerings. Do you think that “low gluten” is the way to say that the ingredients don’t have gluten in them but we cannot guarantee no contamination in the cooking and processing?

I risked the chicken salad, which is actually quite generous with both the chicken and avocado, apart from that some lettuce and tomato and way too much what seemed like sweet chilli dressing.

Not the most amazing meal , however healthy and filling so if you have to go to the coffee club you know you can either have a salad or chips and be reasonably safe. Some coffee clubs have a gluten free cake, this is variable and sometimes really lovely other times there is nothing.

If anyone else has a clearer idea on the “low gluten”concept feel free to share your thoughts on Facebook or send me an email!
